Billing & Payment:

• Clients of The Leading Brains Tutoring are not locked into any form of long-term contract. We want you to continue using our tutoring services as long as it is needed and successful. Clients reserve the right to stop any of our tutoring services at any time--please refer to our Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling policies below. 

• An invoice will be sent out at the end of each month-- breaking down the service type, all tutoring schedules and total invoice balance. A 2.9% transaction fee will be applied to the total invoice balance. The payment must be made in full within 5 consecutive days from the day the invoice was sent. For security and convenience, all payments will be made directly to The Leading Brains via the accepted and secured payment methods, Stripe. Once the invoice is sent, you can pay quickly directly from your online invoice. We do not accept payment by cash or check. 

• Any unpaid invoices within 5 days from the date on the invoices are subjected to a late fee of 1% of the total invoice balance each day until all invoices are paid in full. In addition, if the payments are not received within 5 days from the date on the invoices, we reserve the right to refuse or suspend all tutoring services. Tutoring services will only resume once payments are received and processed. Clients will receive payment notification/receipts from our secured payment processors. 

• The Leading Brains Tutoring reserves the right to submit any unpaid invoices to a collections agency. Clients will pay all reasonable costs and expenses of collection, including debt collector and attorney’s fees (if applicable).

Appointment Cancellations/Rescheduling:

• We understand that many of our clients have very busy schedules and unplanned conflicts could arise that would require rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Please remember that your tutor’s time has been reserved for you and he/she will be expecting you at your scheduled and confirmed time. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice during our administrative hours via phone or SMS (text message) to avoid charges. Full payment is expected for any appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and the session will be marked as “Missed”.
